CIAO database online
We are extremely happy to announce our new subscription to the CIAO Columbia International Affairs Online database. For anyone interested in international relations and international law this is a Fundgrube or a mine of information. Online since 1991, it is monthly updated. CIAO covers working papers from a very long list of think tanks and research institutions from all over the world, with federative search possibilities. The same applies for the journals, books and policy briefs. Students can find original case studies, written by leading scholars and course packs. Every month, CIAO features a Focus study with links to CIAO and outside sources, even radio programs. January 2009 focuses on Israel's incursion into Gaza. The interactive atlas is very useful, and the very friendly user guide doesn't seem to be needed!
