blogging in the library

Recently, six of our library staff started a blog about international law in recent news events, related to books and articles we have in our library catalogue. The blog covers a broad range of events, for example: the recent US Supreme Court decision on habeas corpus and Guantanamo Bay; the new Benelux Treaty; transboundary hooliganism in sports; land claims between countries; Amsterdam canals and cultural heritage; and the international food crisis.

Although international law in recent news events covers a broad area of subjects, all blog posts have links to more materials in our library catalogue through related keywords. This way, the library provides more background materials for further reading in the areas covered in the post.
